I recently brought in a pair of glasses with a bent side. I had not purchased them from Pearle but they were more than happy to fix them for me! To me, this speaks highly of their focus on customer service! My son recently bought a pair of eyeglasses from them and the entire staff could not have been more helpful with suggestions of frames and added features that would benefit him. Thank you Pearle Vision for not only being a great place for eyeglasses but for your great customer service! 5 STARS for sure!
