The owner of the "hospital" is honestly rude and has no care for you and your pet. When a 6 week old kitten died because of the care received at one of the clinic she owns she showed no sympathy after her receptionist had me running around a week for any info. They are after your money. I'd find a better place for care. There is no communication at all. And if you have urgent care needs, head north. This same owner owns that facility too and they are the ones who lead to the death of the kitten.
