When my older dog recently displayed unexpected symptoms of distress, I was thankful that Dr. Ko and his team were able to see my dog without an advance appointment, especially since we were not established clients of the practice. I was impressed with Dr. Ko's calm approach to relieve my concerns, while carefully inquiring about our dog's health history. He has also followed up on my dog's condition (as promised). We are now established clients of the clinic. P.S. His team is also exemplary in their knowledge and care.
