I needed quotes for the replacements of my 20-year-old AC unit and water heater. Lucky for me, my consultant was Jim Ghrist. When he learned I was a new homeowner, he took the time to explain how my whole HVAC system works and the features that set apart their Trane equipment from the others, and to answer all my questions. Yes, they may be a bit more expensive than other brands/companies, but you truly do get what you pay for and I know I'm making the right investment. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the Install hasn't happened yet, but so far their service and follow-up is excellent.
