Training: even though training took three days to cover one days worth of material, I ignored the red flags. People were late for class and jokes were made, but nothing done about it.
"Qualified leads" only means that BWP checked to see if they owned the property for which the address was given. Income or credit worthiness is NOT part of the qualification process. Went on 12 appts and closed 2 deals on my first day. Rest of the leads were garbage. Because my closing rate was low, stopped sending me leads, but, after a week of calling home office, was told I was "let go" and someone should have called to tell me. I also called for a week to receive paperwork, at which time they could have informed me of my status. Their systems are antiquated and salespeople are just a means to an end. Selling $3000 pools for $12k-$21k means they can have sloppy internal processes. Swindling customers AND salespeople. Another case where if it seems too good to be true, the people saying it are liars.
