I have been dealing with them for several years. I have always been satisfied. The first time I dealt with them, I did feel like I was getting the run around until I talked directly with the manufacturer and found out that all the issues were the manufacturers fault. They showed they had a hydraulic cylinder which they ended up not having and had to make it. Zequip reps have gone out of their way to help me find parts to get my trucks on the road. I am sorry others have had issues. I highly recommend them.
