I purchased a vehicle from a dealer who uses this business for title transfers. I have attempted to contact this business several times, left voice mail messages, which have not been returned. I called the next day first thing in the morning and finally a gentleman answered only to put me on hold for fifteen minutes; then the line disconnects. I immediately called back and he would not answer the phone. I left yet another message, still no call back. The worst customer service ever. more
