Keystone Heating completed my air conditioner inspection today. This company is awesome. Great customer service through-out to company. I really like the way they communicate with the customer. When the weather is not suitable to service the air conditioner, the office personnel always calls in advance to reschedule. The service technicians always call when they leave to previous customer, to let me know they are on their way, or if they may be delayed for some reason. The technicians provide an explanation, that I can understand, of what was found during the inspection. I have complete trust in Keystone Heating. It is difficult to come by this level of customer service these days. Gerry F.
