The technician was nice, but not prepared. Swan has sent a service person out before so they should have history on us. In any case, the technician didn't have a ladder to access the attic furnace, he did not have a filter for the furnace (he do go get one) and he needed our hose to clean the cooling unit.....okay I'll give him that. He did not tell us what he was doing, he just did it. The company did not explain the different levels of service they provided. All he did was hose out the panels, literally, of the cooling unit. He said if we wanted the unit unassembled and the leaves that were inside removed that would cost us more than our monthly maintenance plan. Nothing was said about the furnace unit. I will cancel my monthly plan. It's not worth it. The tech was a nice guy, that's it.
