THEY ARE THE WORST, first he came to the house and sold me a pump for 228.00 dollars then found where he cracked my top control panel cover and purchased a used one off ebay then still had pump error code issue on washer week later, then when new panel came it came broke and he installed it anyway claiming it was the only one he could get, went to use washer day before Easter and wash would not even come on, this repair man has been the worst and always get a receipt after 1st repair I had to request a receipt I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN beware
