I purchased a pair of boots from Dodds, nice boots, but didn't fit. Dodds didn't carry the size I needed so I had to order elsewhere. Dodds offers "free exchanges" but returns are $10. Called Dodds, they wouldn't budge and credit the $10 return even though they didn't carry much stock. Trying to support the little guy vs the Zappos of the World, but this attitude isn't helping, need to have some flexibility if you don't carry stock like the bigger guys. Poor business policy - don't wonder why you're losing business to the larger .coms.
