We built our home in 2015. In 2016 our hardwood floors started peeling, just outside of the Jones warranty. Mohawk was the manufacturer and did an inspection and thought it the issue was due to moisture, despite the subfloor being dry. Jones decided to no longer offer our particular color/style due to the issue, but would not due anything to help remedy our problem. The continue to deteriorate and I should not have to be replacing hardwoods in a 3 year old home. I'm very disappointed in the company and the fact they won't stand behind their products. I would not recommend using them to build a home.
