On Tuesday March 26th, 2019 Moe came out to our home to tune up our air conditioning unit. This was the first time we had the pleasure of having Moe respond to our service call. He was very courteous, professional, and went above and beyond the call of duty. Moe explained in detail every action that he took during the process of tuning up our A.C. unit for the season. At the conclusion of maintaining our A.C. he asked if we had any plumbing issues that was of any concern to us and I mentioned that one of the toilets on the main level had a phantom flush periodically. Moe popped into that restroom and attempted to recreate the problem to no avail but still made a quick adjustment in hopes of rectifying our problem. I was impressed by his attention to detail and his effort to resolve other issues we were having.
