I would like to thank Roderick for coming out to the house to troubleshoot a few problems I was experiencing. Roderick even identified a problem I didn't even know I had. He identified the cause for my refrigerant level to be low and he showed me where the leak was coming from. Roderick ordered the coil to be installed at a later time because the part wasn't in stock. Roderick even volunteer to secure the trim to my attic because the previous service pro did a shabby job securing it after they installed the furnace. Roderick is a very knowledgeable professional who I look forward to working with in the future. Thanks Roderick!!
