My furnace failed on a cold night. I called Unique at about 10 AM the following morning and by 3:00 PM Mark had arrived, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the failed components. This was great service and having the service contract paid off handsomely. Unique had installed my air conditioning system as well and the experience was extremely good. I am happy to have found a first class contractor.
