I called on Xmas Eve. They answer the phones to try to help ppl. They sold me the part at cost. I wasn’t the only customer there at 10 am! LoL I called back needing another part. I explained I would have to wait. We spent all the money on the 3 little ones. James quickly called me back. He said: Merry Xmas they are free! I said: it’s a Christmas miracle Lmao.
