Your Technician,Julian Vargas, was at my home this morning to clean and check my duct work system. Julian was very prompt on when he said he would be here. He was friendly and professional in explaining what he was going to be doing. His work was very efficient and he was very respectful of my home. When Julian was finished he was knowledgeable in explaining his findings and recommendations for improving the efficiency of our unit. I have confidence in having him come back to make the improvements he discussed with me. He is truly an asset to your company.
