hi, Mr. Fix It sent Ben to do our cleaning. He was very professional and polite. He and his partner explained what they would be doing and how. They had me inspect the vacuum they used before and after use to show how much dust it collected. They did a great job of cleaning all the vents and reinstalling them. Very pleased!
