He always let me know how they did and of course instructions. She was the rudest, customer service, i ever dealt with! I love joe, he is not greedy..his prices are way under other vets in salt lake. He is direct and straight up and cared if animals time left..is comfortable. BTW..days later I found the reminder slip in my wallet..I did schedule..she failed to write down in book! If i didn't like Dr roundy..i wouldn't go back.
