The entire Dr. Fix-It crew was professional and key me informed. From the time the technician arrived onsite he was careful not to mar up any of the walls or dirty the floor/carpet as he brought his equipment in to perform the drain cleaning.
Once the blockage was removed, he re-ran the snake to ensure everything was out. Lastly he cleaned up all of the particulate which came up as he was retracting the tool.
The whole process was speedy.
