We've had two Chrysler 300s since 2004--a 2005 and a 2013--and have had many service experiences at Royal during that time; never had a problem or needed a do-over. They have always treated us fairly, courteously and been prompt with appointments. Decent loaners have been made available when requested. (Note: I think the review with the cheap shot about the owner's brother is grossly unfair and is definitely hitting below the belt. If the writer has an axe to grind, this isn't the place to do it. That review should never have gotten posted and now should be expunged.)
