My mom is generally very happy here. William, John, Ana, Ryan (PT), Sandra have all been very good here. The staff always seem to check in on her to make sure she does not need anything. There has never been an issue with the staff not being nice. The directors of nursing and rehab are also willing to help anytime even with answering lights, offering bedpans, and helping my mom transfer onto the bedside commode.
The call-lights are an issue. There could be a system in place to answer them a little more timely. Also, sometimes it takes a while to get medications.
