I didn't have any issues with the repairman, Chris that came out to my house very quickly. The repair was done in a timely manner and appreciated. What I did have a problem with, was the day after, I realized the unit inside my garage did not shut off when the unit outside shut off. I was told that within 60-90 seconds after the outside unit shuts off, the inside unit would too. When I called in this issue, it felt like I was getting the run around. Was told someone would call me back in order to get someone out there that day. That call never came, in fact, the calls were never returned or any voice mail messages left for me. I was able to find another friend who knew about AC's to help me resolve the problem. After paying what I paid for the repair, the least I could have gotten was a return phone call to resolve the issue about the unit inside my garage not shutting off.
