Appointment was schedule and the installers were a No Show with no phone call. Salesman verified that the stock as available at the time we scheduled the appointment. Supposedly the materials were not in stock. Took a day off work. When I called to complain they said they would cancel the order with out trying to remedy the situation. I'd pay more for better service. more
