This is my first time in the hospital, Kindred the Heights and the services are great. The nurses, doctors, nurse assistants are very professional and helpful. Everyone has been very accommodating to me and my family who they have to stay over with me at night and sometimes during the day as well. The housekeeping and kitchen staff were very helpful and serves with a smile. I will not stop before I express a special thanks to someone who went above and beyond. I came here with a bad wound and my wound care lady Julie C.made the best treatment decisions and above all got me and my wife involved as well in my care giving us updates of my wound care improvement, that was very caring of her to do so. My doctor Dr. Siddiqi is a one of a kind Doctor , very caring and compassionate . Stacey and Remi in rehab are extra ,extremely good employees along with Emmy a nurse on the 4th floor is very good. I almost forgot Arnoldo from the cleaning staff who works at night, I believe he is the floor tech. The call lights were always answered when I called, very few staff we came across that need to be a little more caring and compassionate. The patient advocate comes often with a smile on her face to check on the care that I'm receiving. I thank Kindred Hospital Heights staff from the bottom of my heart and I will recommend this hospital to anyone.
