I thought Alex did a good job. He noticed that my furnace filter was more dirty than it should be after less than a week of use and suggested possible fixes for it. While checking the air conditioning he noticed the following: the unit was slightly tilted and should be evened out, there was a small tree/weed growing too close to it and he removed it, and that there was a large hornet's nest next to it. I appreciate his suggestions and his thoroughness.
