Removed my review of a business and refuse to respond to e-mails asking why. The BBB rates the same company an A+ even though the company has 19 negative reviews and only one positive. Those are only the negative reviews that the BBB allows to remain. Clearly bad businesses can pay the BBB for good ratings and to remove legit reviews. Don't trust this organization when deciding on who to do business with.
