Eric called to say he would be early and arrived as promised. He made a quick analysis and promptly replace a failed condenser. He answers my questions and also checked and replaced the filter which we agreed was needed. I was impressed with his knowledge of the unit and his speed and skill in completing the repair.
As always, I will call Apollo when I need service on the heat pump.
