Overall the service was great. The office/dispatch team was highly responsive and helpful, and we ended up adding the annual maintenance plan even though we were just calling for an annual HVAC inspection. The actual tech was nice, but a bit abrupt, and he suggested that I could just hose down my condensing unit with water instead of him doing it...which I really didn't appreciate. I think his intention was good - just a bit hamhanded. I didn't pay the $389 for the service to then do it myself. Good company though and everytime I call them, they have someone who can come out the same morning. Nice change from waiting several days for other vendors.
