Cole H came out and was very professional. Handed me a card before stepping foot in my house. Booties on the feed and wheels of his tools. Laid protective sheets down on my floors, etc.
When the job was completed, he not only cleaned up the area/mess that was made from cleaning out my pipes and removing my toilet, but he cleaned areas of the shower that he did not even make messy. A true “leave it cleaner than you found it” experience.
As a first time home owner and never having issues before, if anything further comes up, believe i will be calling Rainaldi Home Services.
