The gym was always hard for me, mainly because I didn't know what to do or if I did I wouldn't push myself hard enough to do better. Once I learned about ilovekickboxing, I knew that this was going to be the best option for me! It starts off with 15 minutes of intense cardio/core/arms/legs/booty, after that comes the kicking and punching will be improved with the help of their very positive and supportive instructors. And it all ends with some stretching while we get health tips. I love it, it was just what I needed to get back in to my healthier lifestyle. more
