I called and spoke to Kevin. Although he attempted to help, I couldn't understand him or him me as the background noise was too loud, It sounded like he was in the shower taking calls. i took 10 minutes just to get my info because I had to repeat it 2 and 3 times. I am cancelling and never calling again. Try answering the phone in a quiet office next time. more
