Kevin was very pleasant and thorough in following through with visits and communicating when he checked traps. He did agree that something was burrowing under my deck. I thought I had been told they would leave traps for two weeks, and was surprised and disappointed that the service was only a week and that the trap stayed empty. I am grateful to know that my attic and crawl spaces were clear, but disappointed that the deck burrower was not eliminated.
