I hate when I have to call and told I will get a call back and the call is not returned because the staff went home early. Today was my appointment. Kid was polite BUT I asked to have someone sent that had no fragrance on since my health requires this. Girl at office said she had it in the notes and would make sure the guy knew and also would send out a new furnace filter that I would buy when the guy got here. WHAT A JOKE.... Guy had after shave or cologne on and made me have to sit on deck and have my windows open. ALSO no filter. I just placed an order on line now so will be paying less than what you charge. I had to leave my home for the day because the fragrance does not just disappear in a short time. My organs are failing because of this and I keep breaking down to more things when people ignore what I have asked and I had took them at their word that they understood and would make sure they sent the right person. Do I have anything to say good SORRY...no way.
