Just had my carpets and couch cleaned. Carlos was friendly and explained in detail what he would be doing to my carpets and couch. He also suggested treatments that I had not previously booked. He explained why it would be beneficial and did not in any way push me. He was thorough and did not rush. Extremely happy with his work and will use Sears again in the future. Thank you. Mia Wood
