I really appreciate how Robin takes the time to explain the products, options and benefits. A lot of it is foreign if you're not really educated, so it's hard to choose the right options and products. Robin made sure that I fully understood before making my choices. I'm confident in her agency. I love the level of professionalism and excellent customer service skills. I didn't feel pressured or as if I was just another sell.
