Just had a great service visit from Ted Peterson of Crain Heating and Cooling! Ted was incredibly professional and thorough. He provided me with a couple different repair / replacement options along with detailed explanations that were delivered in an incredibly courteous and intelligent manner. I strongly recommend using this company based on this interaction with them (I don't write reviews very often). I plan on replacing my furnace through Crain and using them for regularly scheduled maintenance.
