Wish I could give zero stars. Don't believe these five-star reviews. When Windsor gets your money, they don't give a damn about you. We spec'd an expensive door, Rick was communicating well during the selection process, then after ordering, we didn't hear from him for months. He committed to a delivery date and then it was another month before it showed up. No explanation, no apology. If there was a delay from the factory, we wouldn't have known because nobody talked to us, and we tried using email and phone messages. Nothing. Then we had to order trim stain to match the door. Rick said he'd order it. Nothing for two weeks. Had to track him down. Then he said he had it in stock. We asked why we hadn't heard anything. He said, "Oh, I was busy." Really?? And since they’re not full-service (with installation, only supply) and we were relocating from across the country, Rick recommended an incompetent to do the install. Lousy service and knowledge from start to finish. AVOID!
