Jim did an outstanding job replacing my kitchen faucet and conducting a complete installation on my downstairs toilet this morning. He was both knowledgeable and polite. Jim not only fixes but he teaches. He taught me to how to avoid things that would make the plumbing system in my house not work so well. Another thing I recognized is that Jim had a smile on his face the whole time. It felt like he was genuinely happy to help me. My father had some plumbing issues as well. I am calling Pink Plumber and asking them to send Jim to my father's home because I know my Dad will be satisfied with the work. Thanks Jim- Nice job!
