The guys from Sears did a fine job, two trucks arrived, it appears Carlton was training an older gentleman. The men worked quickly and methodically. cleaning the soiled high traffic areas with extra care. After they left I feel the carpets may be excessively wet and will require extra fan and drying time. i'll give a 5 star review.
