Thank you Canady’s for such a quick response to our call. Steven arrived at scheduled time, was respectful of our issue, checked with us about findings and kept us posted as to what he’d be doing. At completion he let us know what he had found, what he’d done to repair and assured that he’d come back if there were further problems. He cleaned up afterwards and there was no evidence of his being here except the problem was solved.
