I was surprised and pleased by the professionalism, knowledge and helpfulness of TJ. The toilet was a major repair and could have cost a great deal of time and expense, he was able to repair it at a fraction of the cost. I was impressed by the work he did in replacing the water heater, the time and effort he took to make sure everything was working properly, double and even triple checking. He explained and made sure I understood what he was doing and cleaned up after the work was completed. I was very impressed with TJ and the company and would most certainly use them again.
