The office personnel and the service tech were excellent however, I needed a new thermostat and the tech said he had just what I wanted in his truck. The catch was that it was $436 installed. I have checked the price of that unit and it can be obtained for less than $100. I realize he installed it but a 400% markup, even a 300% markup is outrageous. While I liked your service, I think your price for the thermostat took advantage of the situation and I will not use you folks again or recommend you to anyone else. It is a shame, we responded to your advertising and looking for a good a/c, heating service company. We are still looking.
