Extremely Professional service. The technician took the time to explain their company policies, costs, options, and there was no pressure to buy or fix anything. He gave me a few options and also the option of doing nothing and being charged only for the diagnostic/visit. I was so impressed by the quality of service. Andre was very polite and did a great job at fixing the 5 different leaks that I had along with my faucet and food processor that were also leaking. I strongly recommend their service.
