Ridiculous, incompetent, dishonest, and unorganized. We were lied to from day one, what little work they did was awful and I'm having to hire good contractors to fix. We had to fire them after 6 months because nothing was done, the house is unlivable, and after the 2nd time we had to call the police about their workers for theft and trespassing, we'd had enough. Weeks at a time went by without them bothering to show up. Personal property was destroyed while they were on the job due to negligence and ineptitude. They made promises to fix and replace things they destroyed but did not keep their word.
Our house was left in a mess of debris and clutter, inside and out. Shoddy work, what little they did, and nothing but a circus the whole time.
