Placed an order online, after not receiving a tracking number after a few days I called and was told it would ship that day. 2 days later I call for my tracking number, someone else tells me part of the order is backordered with the manufacturer with no ETA. 3 days later i call the manufacturer directly for an ETA, they tell me there is no backorder, in stock on the shelf. I call Zequip, they need to talk to shipping department will get back to me. Later that day they call and say I'll have it by the end of the week. Here we are 7 days later and no even a tracking number. Oh and they charge your card right away, I've cancelled the order and I'll be buying plow parts elsewhere and will advise my customers to do the same.
