Richard was very easy to work with. He listened to my concerns and tried to accommodate to the best of his ability. He called before he arrived (as I requested) and arrived within the arrival window given by the company. I would happily work with Richard for any future issues. However, I absolutely can not recommend the company with whom he is employed. Bottom line: I had to go into the crawl space myself to confirm the presence/absence of dead rodents because the company was unable to dispatch anyone who was able to provide the primary service I requested. Richard I would give five stars -Critter Control of Portland? Negative 5 stars. If I had known then what I know now, I would have just gone down in the crawl space myself to begin with and saved my money. They did not do an internal crawlspace inspection to determine whether or not there were any additional dead rodents in the crawl space. That is what I initially requested and paid for but did not receive.
