We had several service calls with Reiner regarding our heating system and although the experience wasn't smooth at first, we were very pleased with the professionalism and skill of Rafael. He explained the repair being made, he was polite and helpful and returned on another date to finish the work. We were very thankful that Rafael was our technician and that he was the one to complete the job.
