Eric came to do our annual water heater flush and service. He was extremely nice and considerate to our front door slamming and making sure his shoes were covered. He explained everything he was doing and pointed out some areas that need to be updated. He also took the time to explain why they should be done. was able to give us an estimate on the spot. He was very professional and we will welcome him into our home anytime we need something serviced.
