Since I wasn't informed beforehand that we would need access to our tenant's apartment, they weren't able to do the fan in the doorway thing. All they ended up doing was changing some light bulbs, putting some insulation on the hatch to the attic & wrapping something in the basement. I'm sorry I opted to add $10.00 to our solar panel monthly bill for this service!
